Grounded Ecstasy

Ordinary. Here. A meeting of matter. Space. Light. Elemental powers.

Porous state of being and yet totally aware / located as Self (not lost) (hence the word grounded).

Inside creativity - as it is happening - life as it is happening. One event, one act. Supported by Silence, by Space - by non-matter. Intrinsic sense of belonging. Quiet. Rich experience and yet no analytical understanding - mind is open but not leading. The body is in a medium of sensing - acute sensing but not alert sensing - relaxed and held by a greater body of being: the environment. The baseline is Silence. Stillness. The non-moving timeless presence. That is totally empty but includes absolutely everything. I love the paradoxical nature of non-dual reality - all opposites exist, not as oppositional forces but as allies. And yet opposition is included, if it's there.
